Sales Leaders-Representatives who both sell and recruit, earn money based on their personal sales and on their recruits’ sales, with a similar progressive earnings structure applied.

Working as a Walton-on-the-Naze Avon Representative falls into 3 easy steps;
STEP 1
Share the brochure and your online shop with family, friends and work colleagues. Avon provides support if you want to share brochures with others.
STEP 2
Online orders are placed directly by your customers. With your brochure customers, you will need to personally collect orders that have been placed. You then place your order with Avon which is delivered to you. You distribute to all your brochure customers and your online customers who have opted for delivery by you as opposed to direct delivery from Avon.
STEP 3
You collect payment from your brochure customers (online customers pay at the time of placing their order). You deduct your earnings (commission) You then pay Avon. Avon pay you at the end of each campaign for online orders placed by your customers.
How much can I earn?
This is really up to you. There is no limit to how much you can earn and depends on how much time and effort you put into your role as a Walton-on-the-Naze Avon Representative.
